Scope of application:

Construction process:

①Waterproof layer: The ground must be waterproof (waterproof layer);
(2) Plain treatment: do a good job of polishing, repairing and dusting according to the condition of the plain ground;
(3) PU primer: PU primer should be applied on the surface of asphalt (cement concrete), the primer should be applied evenly, the asphalt surface base should be cured for about 12 hours, and the cement floor paint base should be cured for 1-2 hours;
(4) PU middle coating: After the primer is completely cured, PU can be coated with a trowel to enhance the wear resistance of the ground;
(5) PU topcoat: use PU topcoat to roll coat to make the ground dustproof and waterproof, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and the whole ground after completion has a uniform color and no hollowing;
(6) Marking: The course is marked with 50mm according to the standard white and yellow PU paint;
(7) After the sports field is marked, it can be used only after one week of curing until the whole PU is fully reactive and solidified;
(8) If the whole construction process encounters rain, the construction should be stopped immediately, and protective measures should be taken in time, and maintenance should be maintained.
