Floor characteristics:
 Flat and seamless, wear-resistant and pressure-resistant, acid-alkali-resistant, diverse in color, chemical-resistant, durable, easy to clean, and impact-resistant.
 
Scope of application:
 (1) GMP drug factories, hospitals, clean rooms;
(2) Electronics factory, instrument control room, food processing plant, cold room, freezer room;
 
Construction process:
 (1) Waterproof treatment: the ground on the first floor must be waterproofed;
(2) Plain treatment: do a good job of polishing, repairing and dusting according to the condition of the plain ground;
(3) Epoxy primer: use permeability and adhesion extra strong epoxy primer to roll coat to enhance surface adhesion;
(4) Epoxy coating: Add an appropriate amount of quartz sand to the epoxy resin and coat it evenly several times with a trowel;
(5) Epoxy batching: According to the actual needs, several steps of construction are required, and it is required to be flat without holes, without batch knife printing and sanding stamping;
(6) Self-flowing flat paint: use a self-leveling epoxy topcoat to evenly coat it, and the overall ground will be bright and clean after completion, with uniform color and no hollowing;
(7) Construction completion: 24 hours before the person can be loaded, and 72 hours before heavy pressing. (25°C prevails, and the low temperature opening time needs to be moderately extended)
