Construction process:
(1) Waterproof treatment: the ground on the first floor must be waterproof;
(2) Plain treatment: do a good job of polishing, repairing and dusting according to the condition of the plain ground;
(3) Epoxy primer: use permeability and strong epoxy primer to enhance surface adhesion;
(4) Epoxy coating: add an appropriate amount of quartz sand to the epoxy resin, and evenly coat it several times with a trowel;
(5) Epoxy batching: according to the actual needs of several constructions, it is required to be flat without holes, without batch knife printing and sanding stamping;
(6) Epoxy topcoat: soluble epoxy topcoat or anti-slip topcoat rolling coat, after completion, the overall ground is bright and clean, the color is uniform, and there is no hollow;
(7) Construction completion: 24 hours before the person can be loaded, and after 72 hours can be re-pressed. (25°C prevails, and the low temperature opening time needs to be moderately extended)
